Flowplayer Covers drop-down Page navigation Links

Not sure if this is something that can be fixed.

I am using long drop down navigation menus for my wordpress site (www.bardasianstables.com). On pages where Flowplayer is used, these navigation menus are obscured by the Flowplayer video window.

Is there a way to ensure that all nav menus show ontop of Flowplayer content?

For what I am trying to do, this would be difficult to design around. Any chance on a work around or fix?
